Lineamientos generales en la comprensión histórica del dispositivo neoliberal mexicano

    El presente artículo tiene como objetivo analizar de manera general el modo en que, en el caso mexicano, se constituyó un orden social neoliberal a través de la transformación de dispositivos concretos. Para tal fin, se recuperan las posibilidades analíticas que el examen de dispositivos habilita; principalmente, en cuanto a su dimensión histórica. A la luz de ello, se interpretan algunos de los acontecimientos históricos que permiten comprender la transformación que va de un orden social estatista a uno regido por la racionalidad neoliberal propia del mercado. En ese sentido, el análisis filosófico se ve enriquecido por la dimensión concreta de la historiografía. El resultado de esta amalgama (filosofía/historia), proveerá de un marco analítico propicio para comprender, de manera concreta, el modo en que el orden neoliberal, en su caso mexicano, ha sido constituido. Como resultado de lo anterior, será posible una reflexión sobre el alcance analítico del concepto de dispositivo a partir de su aplicación a hechos concretos de la realidad mexicana.

    The aim of this article is to analyse in a broad manner the way in which, in the Mexican case, a neoliberal social order was constituted through the transformation of specific devices. To this end, this analysis recalls the possibilities that the examination of instruments or devices enables; mainly, in terms of its historical dimension. Considering the above, the interpretation of some historical events allows us to understand the transformation from a statist social order to one governed by the neoliberal rationality of the market. In this sense, the philosophical analysis is enriched by the concrete dimension of historiography. The outcome of this amalgam (philosophy/history) will provide an analytical framework to understand the way in which the neoliberal order, in the case of Mexico, has been constituted. As a result, a reflection on the analytical scope of the concept of device will be possible, based on its application to specific facts of the Mexican reality.
