    This research aims to analyze the challenges of migration in relation to human rights and its impact on sustainable development, aligned with the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) of the 2030 Agenda. The research highlights the complexity and challengesat the intersection of migration and human rights, emphasizing the need for policies that are inclusive and respectful of human rights. These policies must be holistic and collaborative to ensure that migrants can live with dignity and contribute to the sustainable development of societies. The study investigates the main challenges at this intersection and their impact on sustainable development in line with the 2030 Agenda. To achieve a satisfactory result, the methodology adopted is qualitative, with a deductive approach, using bibliographical and documentary research to deepen the understanding of the complex interactions between migration and human rights. The conclusion is that it is vital for governments, international organizations, civil society, and other actors to work together to develop and implement policies that fully respect the human rights of migrants, promoting a more just, inclusive, and sustainable society.

    Esta pesquisa tem por objetivo analisar os desafios da migração em relação aos direitos humanos e seu impacto no desenvolvimento sustentável, em conformidade com os Objetivos de Desenvolvimento Sustentável (ODS) da Agenda 2030. A pesquisa destaca a complexidadee os desafios na interseção entre migração e direitos humanos, bem como a necessidade de políticas mais inclusivas e respeitosas aos direitos humanos. Essas políticas devem ser holísticas e colaborativas para garantir que os migrantes possam viver com dignidade e contribuir para o desenvolvimento sustentável das sociedades. O estudo investiga os principais desafios nessa interseção e seu impacto no desenvolvimento sustentável conforme a Agenda 2030. Para atingir um resultado satisfatório, a metodologia adotada é qualitativa, com método dedutivo, utilizando pesquisa bibliográfica e documental para aprofundar a compreensão das interações complexas entre migração e direitos humanos. Conclui-se que é vital que governos, organizações internacionais, sociedade civil e outros atores trabalhem juntos para desenvolver e implementar políticas que respeitem plenamente os direitos humanos dos migrantes, promovendo uma sociedade mais justa, inclusiva e sustentável.
