Resilience can be defined as the ability of a person to face challenges and grow at a personal level, resulting from genetic factors and personality aspects. Teachers play a key role in promoting student resilience. The present research examines the resilience of teachers in secondary education and its correlation with variables such as gender, age, work experience, and level of education. However, none of the mentioned variables were significantly associated with the teachers’ psychological resilience by various individuals and situations. Educational institutions can support teachers in strengthening their mental recovery capacity by creating an enabling The research also indicates that resilience is a complex phenomenon, which is affecting the working environment and offering opportunities for their professional growth.
