    More and more, the Global Administrative Law takes on a greater relevance, on the one hand due to legislative globalization and the influences of Administrative Law in a more global level, and, on the other hand, more strictly, due to legislative Europeanization headquarters of legislative Administrative Law.Due to its greater scope, we defend that the Global Administrative Law should be worried about current issues related by the protection of fundamental and human rights of fundamental administrators, as well as the influence that the so-called Artificial Intelligence can coat within the scope of the administrative function exercised by the (Portuguese) Public Administration during your collaboration with other Public Administrations by the other countries Member States of the European Union.

    Cada vez mais, o Direito Administrativo Global assume uma maior relevância, por um lado devido à globalização legislativa e às influências do Direito Administrativo a nível mais global, e, por outro lado, mais estritamente, devido à Europeização legislativa em sede de Direito Administrativo.Devido à sua maior abrangência, defendemos que o Direito Administrativo Global deve preocupar-se com questões atuais relacionadas à proteção dos direitos fundamentais e humanos dos administrados, assim como à influência que a denominada Inteligência Artificial pode revestir no âmbito da atuação da função administrativa exercida pela Administração Pública (Portuguesa) aquando da sua colaboração com as demais Administrações Públicas de outros países Estados-Membros da União Europeia.
