    En una república democrática, federal y representativa, rige un Orden Jurídico, a través de un Sistema Jurídico. Del respeto irrestricto a ellos, surge el verdadero Estado de Derecho. Los tres poderes deben actuar con respeto al mismo, y con plena Autonomía. El legislativo emitirá leyes acatando el Estado de Derecho; su inobservancia genera la Inconstitucionalidad de las mismas.Este ensayo reflexiona sobre el estado de todo lo anterior en la época contemporánea.

    In a democratic, federal and representative republic, a Legal Order governs, through a Legal System. From the unrestricted respect for them, the true Rule of Law arises. The three powers must act with respect to the same, and with full autonomy. The legislature will issue laws in compliance with the rule of law; its non-observance generates the Unconstitutionality of the same. This essay reflects on the state of all the above in contemporary times.
