This study investigates the use of Kahoot!, an interactive educational platform, to developessential digital skills and improve employability in a small town in Andalusia, Spain. Since its launch in2012, Kahoot! has been recognized for its quiz-based learning method that promotes active participationand motivation. The objective of the study, conducted in a local setting, was to enhance digital competenciesamong adult women to increase their job opportunities. Two in-person courses were conducted,each lasting 40 hours, focusing on digital skills. The sample included 27 women, highlighting the needfor training programs tailored to employment challenges. Data collection was carried out through courseevaluations, tool assessments, and participant feedback questionnaires. The results showed progressiveimprovement in learning, with significant increases in correct responses, confirming the effectiveness ofKahoot! as a pedagogical tool. This study underscores the benefits of integrating innovative educationaltools in teaching, demonstrating their capacity to enrich learning experiences, improve content retention,and increase student motivation and participation.
