  • How to enlarge and enrich the traditional and nowadays well-documented socioeconomic analysis of the evolution of cattle-breeding in 20th century Europe? This was the goal of a series of multidisciplinary workshops in the late 2010’s between researchers from the University of agricultural sciences of Uppsala, the French CNRS, the HISTAGRA research group of the university of Santiago de Compostela, and other institutions.
