This research aimed at the implementation of the language coaching method in a group of eight adult learners at Centro de Estudios de Inglés Conversacional (CEIC) to improve their oral communication skills. Deficiencies in fluency, accuracy, vocabulary, pronunciation, and communication in the participants were identified. This method was applied to overcome weaknesses in this group of adult learners. It is centered on how the brain likes to learn (neurolanguage), and it is characterized by principles based on the multiple intelligences and learning styles. Among the several models it has, the ACHIEVE model was chosen for the purpose of this study.
