    Los municipios en Venezuela tienen facultades, atribuciones legales enmarcadas según la pirámide de Kelsen, tales como lo establece la Constitución de la República Bolivariana de Venezuela. CRBV. (1999) así como la Ley Orgánica del Poder Público Municipal (2010). Ley Orgánica de Deporte, Actividad Física y Educación Física. (LODAFEF 2011), entre otras. Se persigue analizar las ordenanzas del deporte del estado Zulia y su vigencia con la Ley Orgánica de Deporte, Actividad Física y Educación Física. Entre los objetivos específicos de este trabajo están: Determinar la cronología de las fechas de aprobación de las ordenanzas del deporte de los municipios del estado Zulia, determinar las fechas de sanción de las ordenanzas del deporte municipal a partir de la vigencia de la publicación, analizar la temática sobre el registro auxiliar del deporte en las ordenanzas actuales del deporte de los municipios del estado Zulia. El enfoque metodológico utilizado en el presente trabajo fue cualitativo, siendo una muestra intencional o discrecional de las ordenanzas recopiladas de los municipios cómo: Baralt, Valmore Rodríguez, Lagunillas, Simón Bolívar, Cabimas, Miranda, Maracaibo, Sucre del estado Zulia. Es un estudio transversal, la técnica empleada es hermenéutica con análisis documental y de contenido tanto descriptivos como diagnósticos por tanto existen municipios donde no se han actualizados las ordenanzas municipales del deporte y su tiempo de desactualización está ubicado entre los 17 a 6 años de acuerdo a la ley nacional del deporte.

    The municipalities in Venezuela have powers, legal attributions framed according to Kelsen's pyramid, as established in the Constitution of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela. CRBV. (1999) as well as the Organic Law of the Municipal Public Power (2010). Organic Law of Sports, Physical Activity and Physical Education (LODAFEF 2011), among others. The purpose of this study is to analyze the sports ordinances of the state of Zulia and their validity with the Organic Law of Sports, Physical Activity and Physical Education. Among the specific objectives of this work are: To determine the chronology of the dates of approval of the sports ordinances of the municipalities of the state of Zulia. To determine the dates of sanctioning of the sports ordinances of the municipalities from the effective date of publication. To analyze the thematic on the auxiliary registry of the sport in the current ordinances of the sport of the municipalities of the state of Zulia. The methodological approach used in the present work was qualitative, being an intentional or discretionary sample of the ordinances collected from the municipalities how: Baralt, Valmore Rodriguez, Lagunillas, Simon Bolivar, Cabimas, Miranda, Maracaibo, Sucre in Zulia state. It is a cross-sectional study, the technique used is hermeneutic with documentary and content analysis, both descriptive and diagnostic, therefore there are municipalities where the municipal ordinances of sports have not been updated and their outdated time is located in the following municipalities: Baralt, Valmore Rodríguez, Lagunillas, Simón Bolívar, Cabimas, Miranda, Maracaibo, Sucre in the state of Zulia. It is a cross-sectional study, the technique used is hermeneutic with documentary and content analysis both descriptive and diagnostic therefore there are municipalities where the municipal ordinances of sport have not been updated and its outdated time is located between 17 to 6 years according to the national law of sport.
