  • Resumen
    • CSR towards employees has been proven to have a positive impact on certain individual characteristics related to wellbeing. However, in this research we aim to analyze whether these initiatives towards employees can affect not only individual aspects but also organizational issues like green innovation. In doing so, we also aim to prove the important links between CSR towards employees, organizational commitment and organizational learning capability, which explain the relationship between the former and green innovation. In order to do so, we carried out an empirical research on 300 Valencian companies in the tourism sector. Results show that firms that are corporate responsible towards employees increase their organizational learning capability, through a particular individual attitude: organizational commitment. Moreover, organizational learning capabilty fosters green innovation. Finally, we discuss the contribution, implications and limitations of this research.
