    El objetivo de este trabajo consiste en estudiar cuales son las fases del Modelo de Ciclo de vida de los destinos turísticos y las variables que participan en su desarrollo a través del tiempo y otros elementos , ya que el comportamiento y evolución del destino turístico va relacionado con el tiempo, siendo el caso de los destinos Coloniales y los de reciente creación, los destinos de playa denominados Centros Integralmente Planeados, estos destinos turísticos tienen diferentes niveles de evolución, presentándose en una fase distinta de su ciclo de vida, y relacionando su fase actual a distintas variables.

    En el artículo se proponen las variables para cada fase del Ciclo de Vida de los Destinos Turísticos, se observan también los principales autores, lo cual permite al lector reflexionar la propuesta del Modelo.

    The objective of this work is to study the phases of the Life Cycle Model of tourist destinations and the variables that participate in its development through time and other elements, since the behavior and evolution of the tourist destination is related to the time, being the case of the colonial destinations and those of recent creation, the beach destinations called Integrally Planned Centers, these tourist destinations have different levels of evolution, presenting themselves in a different phase of their life cycle, and relating their current phase to different variables.

    In the article the variables for each phase of the Life Cycle of the Tourist Destinations are proposed, the main authors are also observed, which allows the reader to reflect on the model proposal.
