    Se presenta un estudio retrospectivo y observacional sociosanitario en el ámbito educativo para ladeterminación de prevalencia y detección temprana de Respiración Bucal en población infantil.Se trata de un proyecto sanitario, educativo y capacitante. Se considera sanitario porque trata dedetectar de forma temprana en los contextos de educación infantil casos de Respiración Bucal, conintención preventiva e intervención temprana futura.Se indica que es educativo porque comparte con la comunidad educativa la manera en la que sepueden empezar a detectar los primeros síntomas de alarma de respiración bucal, así como surepercusión en quienes lo padecen. Partimos de la base de que a mayor sensibilización y conocimientode este síndrome entre los profesionales socioeducativos que atienden a la población infantil, mejorcomprensión de las consecuencias que trae el no conocerlo, detectarlos y atenderlo en etapastempranas.Se manifiesta su virtud capacitante porque dota de conocimientos básicos y sencillos al personaleducativo, familias e incluso menores para la observancia y posterior identificación de casos deRespiración Bucal.El Proyecto incluye:- Elaboración y difusión de Cuento Didáctico Sanitario- Desarrollo de sesiones de cuentacuentos en escuelas infantiles- Elaboración y aplicación de material de cribaje para profesionales educativos y familias- Recogida y análisis de datos (programa SPSS).- Presentación de resultados y creación de alianzas socioeducativas con autoridadescorrespondientes de Educación y Sanidad (ODS nº3, nº4 y nº 17, Agenda 2030) para generarcolaboración institucional en la intervención y estudio longitudinal posterior.Con este proyecto se pretende determinar la prevalencia del síndrome de Respiración bucal en lapoblación infantil, con la firme convicción de ser de ayuda en la correspondiente y tan necesariaatención de casos infantiles con respiración bucal, cuya afectación sanitaria y repercusión en el ámbitoescolar y desarrollo integral es tan significativa.

    A retrospective and observational socio-sanitary study is presented in the educational field todetermine the prevalence and early detection of Mouth Breathing in children.It is a health, educational and training project. It is considered sanitary because it tries to detect earlyin the contexts of early childhood education of cases of Oral Breathing, with preventive intention andfuture early intervention.It is indicated that it is educational because it shares with the educational community the way in whichthe first symptoms of mouth breathing alarm can begin to be detected, as well as its impact on thosewho suffer from it. We start from the basis that the greater awareness and knowledge of this syndromeamong socio-educational professionals who serve the child population, the better understanding ofthe consequences of not knowing it, detecting it and treating it in early stages.Its enabling virtue is manifested because it provides basic and simple knowledge to educationalpersonnel, families and even minors for the observance and subsequent identification of cases of OralBreathing.The project includes:- Preparation and dissemination of a Sanitary Didactic Story- Development of storytelling sessions in nursery schools- Preparation and application of screening material for educational professionals and families- Data collection and analysis (SPSS program).- Presentation of results and creation of socio-educational alliances with corresponding authorities ofEducation and Health (ODS 3, 4 and 17, Agenda 2030) to generate institutional collaboration in theintervention and subsequent longitudinal study.The aim of this project is to determine the prevalence of Mouth Breathing syndrome in the childpopulation, with the firm conviction of being helpful in the corresponding and much-needed care ofchildren's cases with mouth breathing, whose health impact and repercussion in the schoolenvironment and Comprehensive development is so significant.
