    Es importante conocer la metodología Desing Thinking para fomentar la motivación, el aprendizaje significativo y el pensamiento crítico en el alumnado Para ello, se ha llevado a cabo una exhaustiva búsqueda bibliográfica, donde se ha querido explicar la necesidad de indagar en metodologías alternativas que ayuden a los niños a trabajar su pensamiento crítico, su aprendizaje significativo y la autonomía a la hora de resolver problemas.

    Es esencial que un docente implicado conozca las etapas evolutivas de sus alumnos y en qué momento se encuentra, tanto física como emocionalmente, para poder buscar la forma de ayudarles en su motivación. Una forma de hacerlo es la inclusión de metodologías innovadoras que rompan con la rutina diaria. El alumnado de educación infantil es altamente imaginativo por lo que es una etapa perfecta para ayudarlos a indagar en las curiosidades que aparecen en su día a día y no se conformen con lo que les puede aportar una enseñanza más centrada en el docente. Gracias al Desing thinking el alumnado va a plantearse preguntas que le hagan razonar, y les ayude a desarrollar estrategias y funciones ejecutivas superiores.

    It is important to know the Desing Thinking methodology to promote motivation, meaningful learning and critical thinking in students.To do this, an exhaustive bibliographic search has been carried out, where it has been tried to explain the need to investigate alternative methodologies that help to children to work on their critical thinking, meaningful learning and autonomy when solving problems.

    It is essential that an involved teacher knows the evolutionary stages of their students and when they are, both physically and emotionally, to be able to find a way to help them in their motivation. One way to do this is the inclusion of innovative methodologies that break with the daily routine. Early childhood education students are highly imaginative, so it is a perfect stage to help them investigate the curiosities that appear in their day-to-day life and do not settle for what a more teacher-centered teaching can provide them. Thanks to Desing thinking, students will ask themselves questions that make them reason, and help them develop strategies and superior executive functions.
