  • In recent years we have seen how a new wave of directors of professional origin varies greatly-from the world ofmusic video to the audiovisual advertising-has landed and is leaving a profound mark on the field of cinematography.Such renowned authors as Michel Gondry, Spike Jonze, David Fincher, Jonathan Glazer and Anton Corbijn arejust a sample of this new club directors with their influence in other disciplines such as television advertising,photography, performing music or films are setting a new style: his aesthetic vision of the narrative, the selectionof characters and scenarios, both real and unreal, the use of new technologies, not only in assembling and specialeffects, but in the same process of filming of audiovisual material open a new path.These managers manage as no use of visual imagination and creativity brought to other levels of dreaming, whichis allowing the consolidation of a film aimed at an increasingly discerning audience, eager for new sensations andexperiences, and in need of changes on ways to receive any message from the audiovisual medium. The author ofthis article will attempt to translate that personal vision from his eyes as a freelancer, as a teacher, a researcher andof course, as consumers of this film to which we refer.
