    GEMPIMS és un projecte de mentoria per a docents amb l’objectiu de promoure la incorporació de la perspectiva de gènere en la seva activitat docent a la Facultat d'Informació i Mitjans de Comunicació de la UB. En un estudi previ (GENDIMS) es va detectar la necessitat d'acompanyar el professorat en aquest procés. Aquest programa està organitzat per semestres al llarg del curs acadèmic 2022-23. S’espera que la mentoria els hi doni eines per incorporar la perspectiva de gènere en la seva docència.

    GEMPIMS is a mentoring project for lecturers which seeks to promote the incorporation of the gender perspective in their teaching activity at the Faculty of Information and Media Studies (FIMA) of the University of Barcelona. The project is based on a mentoring program addressed to lecturers. It is organized in semesters throughout the academic year 2022-23. From the previous project(GENDIMS), the need to accompany lecturersin this process was detected. Now,it is expected that the mentoring programme will give them the tools and confidence to incorporate this perspective into their day-to-day life.
