    La autorregulación del aprendizaje se refiere a la capacidad de los estudiantes para gestionar y controlar de manera activa su propio proceso de aprendizaje, implica una serie de habilidades y estrategias que les permiten planificar, monitorear, evaluar y ajustar sus esfuerzos de aprendizaje de manera efectiva. El objetivo del estudio fue determinar el nivel a aprendizaje autorregulado de los estudiantes del VII ciclo de una institución educativa secundaria de la ciudad de Puno en Perú, para lo cual se ha previsto un estudio en el enfoque cuantitativo de diseño no experimental y nivel descriptivo, se utilizó el instrumento denominado denominado self-regulation strategy inventory-self-report (SRSI-SR), Siendo el resultado principal que el nivel de autorregulación del aprendizaje es medio, lo cual implica que los estudiantes tienen falencias en el uso del tiempo y organización del espacio de trabajo.

    Self-regulation of learning refers to the ability of students to actively manage and control their own learning process, involving a series of skills and strategies that allow them to plan, monitor, evaluate and adjust their learning efforts effectively. The objective of the study was to determine the level of self-regulated learning of the students of the VII cycle of a secondary educational institution in the city of Puno in Peru, for which a study has been planned in the quantitative approach of non-experimental design and descriptive level, the instrument called self-regulation strategy inventory-self-report (SRSI-SR) was used, being the main result that the level of self-regulation of learning is medium, which implies that students have shortcomings in the use of time and organization of the work space.
