    Desde hace unos años, el auge de la inteligencia artificial nos admira y preocupa a pai1es iguales desde casi todos los sectores de la comunicación. La raíz de esa mirada desconfiada se hunde, sin embargo, en los albores del siglo 20. El cine y la Literatúra de Ciencia Ficción han fantaseado, en muchas de sus grandes producciones, con la gran amenaza que supondría para el status quo humano el desproporcionado crecimiento de entes con una inteligencia superior y artificial. En casi todos los casos, el conflicto se resuelve con una apuesta por lo humano, que suele conceptualizarse en una respuesta creativa, vulnerable, imprevisible, quizá imperfecta, que descontextualiza a las máquinas.

    Sin embargo, las nuevas IA proponen abordar también esos campos, aprender de la afectividad humana, de la creatividad y del error y ahí parece que lo humano pierde su ventaja competitiva.

    Proponemos una revisión de seis películas recientes, estrenadas entre 2001 y 2023, protagonizadas por entes de inteligencia artificial. Intentaremos sintetizar los tropos presentes en el género y analizarlos a la luz del concepto de persona que destila la Antropología realista.

    Con una mirada de Razón abierta, intentaremos ofrecer una posible respuesta a esa mirada que anticipamos reduccionista. Si el ser humano es un conjunto integrado de diferentes facultades (Inteligencia, Corporeidad y Espiritualidad), un desarrollo exacerbado de la inteligencia, per se, no debería suponer una amenaza a la totalidad de la comunicación humana.

    What if we've been asking the wrong question? For the past few years, the rise of artificial intelligence has both amazed and worried us in almost every sector of communication. The roots of this distrust, however, trace back to the early 20th century. Film and Science Fiction Literature have, in many of their major productions, fantasized about the great threat that the disproportionate growth of entities with superior and artificial intelligence would pose to the human status quo. In almost ali cases, the conflict is resolved with a bet on the human, often conceptualized as a creative, vulnerable, unpredictable, and perhaps imperfect response that decontextualizes the machines.

    However, the new Al also aims to address those areas, learning from human affectivity, creativity, and error, and therein lies the apparent loss of the human competitive advantage.

    We propose a review of six recent films, released between 2001 and 2023, starring artificial intelligence entities. We will try to synthesize the tropes present in the genre and analyze them in the light of the concept of person that dístills realistic anthropology.

    Wíth a look of "Razón abierta" (open reason), we will try to offer a possible response to that look that we anticípate as reductive. If the human beíng is an integrated set of different faculties (Intelligence, Corporeality and Spirituality), an exacerbated development of intelligence, per se, should not pose a threat to the totality of human communication.
