    Asumiendo que la identidad profesional docente se construye en procesos de reflexión colaborativa entre la formación inicial y las prácticas institucionales, el tiempo del prácticum resulta idóneo para alcanzar esta configuración en tanto posibilite espacios interactivos multidimensionales. Desde esta perspectiva, se aborda el diseño del Máster Universitario en Atención Temprana (UCM).

    Assuming that the professional teaching identity is constructed in a process of collaborative reflection between initial training and institutional practices, the Practicum time is ideal to achieve this configuration as long as it enables multidimensional interactive spaces. From this perspective, the design of the Master’s Degree in Early Care (UCM) is approached.
