Resumen de Miedo a las Matemáticas: ¿Por qué a los Estudiantes no les Gusta esta Asignatura?

  El estudio tuvo como objetivo determinar los motivos que influyen significativamente en el miedo por las matemáticas por parte de los estudiantes. Esta investigación responde a un enfoque cuantitativo, con un diseño no experimental-transversal y un tipo de investigación descriptivo. La muestra estuvo estructurada por educandos de 8vo año paralelo “A”, 20 educandos de género masculino y 15 de género femenino, dando un total de 35 educandos. Se utilizó la encuesta como técnica y el cuestionario como instrumento de recolección de datos. La técnica de análisis de datos fue la estadística descriptiva y se usó la herramienta de Excel para la tabulación y la elaboración de la tabla sobre los resultados obtenidos. Como conclusión se obtuvo que la desmotivación por la asignatura y los docentes con actitud negativa son los motivos más significativos de el porque los educandos tienen miedo a las matemáticas y por ende no les gusta.

  The study aimed to determine the reasons that significantly influence students' fear of mathematics. This research responds to a quantitative approach, with a non-experimental-cross-sectional design and a descriptive type of research. The sample was structured by students from the 8th parallel year “A”, 20 male students and 15 female students, giving a total of 35 students. The survey was used as a technique and the questionnaire as a data collection instrument. The data analysis technique was descriptive statistics and the Excel tool was used for tabulation and preparation of the table on the results obtained. In conclusion, it was obtained that lack of motivation for the subject and teachers with a negative attitude are the most significant reasons why students are afraid of mathematics and therefore do not like it
