Resumen de Using design thinking process to design an electronic Kardex: a case study from a self-access center

Luz Marisol Falfán Hernández, José Hernandez, Luis G. Montané Jiménez

  • A self-access center is a space that allows the development of a self-learning process and in which English and French language courses are taught in different modalities such as: face-to-face, autonomous, or virtual. This work describes the application of the design thinking process to produce and evaluate the design of an electronic (online) kardex that helps to facilitate the management of all the activities and keep track of students’ progress in a self-access center.
