    Las investigaciones sobre los resultados académicos tienen una importancia significativa para realizar un diagnóstico del contexto, y son una herramienta fundamental para la mejora continua de los resultados del aprendizaje y los métodos de docencia. El Centro Ituna de Documentación e Investigación del Concierto Económico y las Haciendas Forales (UPV/EHU) llevó a cabo la Encuesta Ituna 2021 con el objetivo de investigar cuál era el grado de conocimiento sobre el Concierto Económico entre el alumnado de la UPV/EHU, y si existía algún tipo de variación durante el transcurso del grado universitario.

    Durante el primer cuatrimestre del curso 2021-2022 se realizaron un total de 1.686 encuestas presenciales en los campus de los tres Territorios Históricos. El universo de la encuesta se circunscribía al alumnado de primer y cuarto curso de las 5 facultades que tienen una mayor relación académica con el Concierto Económico: Economía y Empresa, Derecho, Ciencias Sociales y de la Comunicación, Educación y Letras.

    Gracias a los resultados obtenidos a través de la Encuesta Ituna 2021, se pudo realizar un diagnóstico y detectar de manera fiable y objetiva que el alumnado de la UPV/EHU tiene un conocimiento limitado sobre el Concierto Económico y el sistema fiscal vasco. Asimismo, estos resultados han podido segmentarse por cursos y facultades, identificando las fortalezas y oportunidades de mejora de cada universo. Por último, este diagnóstico permite realizar en el futuro propuestas concretas dirigidas a mejorar la enseñanza del Concierto Económico.

    Emaitza akademikoei buruzko ikerketek garrantzi nabarmena dute testuinguruaren diagnostikoa egiteko, eta funtsezko tresna dira ikaskuntzaren emaitzak eta irakaskuntza-metodoak etengabe hobetzeko. Ildo horretatik, Ekonomia Itunaren eta Foru Ogasunen Ikerketarako Agiritegiak (UPV/EHU) Ituna 2021 inkesta abian jarri zuen, UPV/EHUko ikasleek Ekonomia Itunaren gainean zuten ezagutza-maila aztertzeko, eta unibertsitate-graduan zehar jakintza horrek aldaketarik ote zuen ikertzeko.

    2021-2022 ikasturteko lehen lauhilekoan zehar aurrez aurreko 1.686 inkesta egin ziren, hiru lurralde historikoetako campusetan. Inkestaren unibertsoa lehen eta laugarren mailako ikasleetara mugatu zen, Ekonomia Itunarekin lotura akademiko estuagoa duten 5 fakultateetan: Ekonomia eta Enpresa, Zuzenbidea, Gizarte eta Komunikazio Zientziak, Hezkuntza eta Letrak.

    Ituna 2021 inkestaren bidez lortutako emaitzei esker, modu fidagarri eta objektiboan detektatu ahal izan da UPV/EHUko ikasleek jakintza-maila mugatua dutela Ekonomia Itunaren eta euskal zerga-sistemaren gainean. Era berean, emaitza horiek ikasturte eta fakultateen arabera segmentatu ahal izan dira, testuinguru bakoitzaren indarguneak eta hobetzeko aukerak identifikatuz. Azkenik, diagnostiko horrek etorkizunean Ekonomia Itunaren irakaskuntza hobetzera bideratutako proposamen zehatzak egitea ahalbidetzen du.

    Research on academic results are really significant to carry out a diagnosis of the context, and is a fundamental tool for the continuous improvement of learning results and teaching methods. The Ituna Center for Basque Economic Agreement and Fiscal Federalism Studies (UPV/EHU) carried out the Ituna 2021 Survey with the aim of investigating the degree of knowledge about the Economic Agreement among UPV/EHU students, and if there was any type of variation during the course of the university degree.

    During the first four-month period of the 2021-2022 academic year, a total of 1,686 face-to-face surveys accomplished on the campuses of the three Historical Territories. The universe of the survey was limited to the first- and fourth-year students of the 5 faculties that have the biggest academic relationship with the Basque Economic Agreement: Economics and Business, Law, Social and Communication Sciences, Education and Letters.

    Thanks to the results obtained through the Ituna 2021 Survey, it has been possible to achieve a diagnosis and detect in a reliable and objective way that UPV/EHU students have limited knowledge about the Basque Economic Agreement and the Basque tax system. Likewise, these results have been segmented by courses and faculties, identifying the strengths and opportunities for improvement in each context. Lastly, this diagnosis allows concrete proposals to be made in the future aimed at improving the teaching of the Basque Economic Agreement.
