    Este artículo comprende una revisión de la literatura sobre la relación entre la forma en que los estudiantes abordan el aprendizaje de la lengua extranjera y sus resultados. Permitió constatar que las actitudes de los estudiantes son ampliamente analizadas desde diversas perspectivas, pero aún con profundos vacíos por llenar. Los investigadores llegaron al supuesto de que las actitudes de los estudiantes hacia el aprendizaje de lenguas extranjeras no es un tema cerrado y que es necesario prestarle atención, mientras se desarrolla el currículo, y no solo a las actitudes de los estudiantes, sino también a las de los profesores.

    This paper comprises a literature review regarding the relationship between the way that students approach the learning of a foreign language, and their outcomes. It allowed confirming that students’ attitudes are widely analyzed from diverse perspectives, but still with profound gaps to be filled. The researchers arrived to the assumption that students’ attitudes towards foreign language learning is not a closed issue and that is a need to pay attention to it, while developing the curriculum, and not only to the students’ attitudes, but also to the teacher’s.
