    El artículo contribuye a la organización del trabajo metodológico de la Filial Universitaria del Ministerio del Interior en el contexto de la Universalización de la Educación Superior, con un carácter sistémico, permitiendo mayor preparación de los profesores e incidiendo en la optimización del proceso docente educativo. Su objetivo es presentar un sistema de trabajo metodológico para la Filial Universitaria del Ministerio del Interior de Guantánamo. Con una visión histórico-cultural de los referentes teóricos y metodológicos fundamentales del trabajo metodológico enla Educación Superior, tiene en cuenta, para su validación, los resultados de la implementación práctica y el criterio de especialistas.

    The article contributes to the organization of the methodological work of the University Branch of the Ministry of the Interior in the context of the Universalization of Higher Education, with a systemic nature, allowing greater preparation of teachers and influencing the optimization of the educational teaching process. Its objective is to present a methodological work system for the University Branch of the Ministry of the Interior of Guantánamo. With a historical-cultural vision of the fundamental theoretical and methodological references of methodological work inHigher Education, it takes into account, for its validation, the results of practical implementation and the criteria of aspecialist.
