    La presente investigación parte de un estudio diagnóstico de la motivación dentro del proceso de enseñanza-aprendizaje de Apreciación de las Artes en la carrera Licenciatura en Maestro Primario lo que permitió constatar que existe un insuficiente aprendizaje por los estudiantes hacia esta asignatura. La finalidad de la presente consiste en la elaboración de técnicas participativas para elevar la motivación de los estudiantes tomando como base las manifestaciones de la plástica en el territorio de Sagua de Tánamo. La metodología utilizada se fundamenta en el materialismo dialéctico y el paradigma que predomina es el cuantitativo; se utiliza la triangulación metodológica y de fuentes para asegurar la veracidad de los datos.

    The present investigation was done by a diagnosis study to the motivation inside the process of teachinglearning of the subject Appreciation of the Arts in the career of Licentiate in Primary Teacher. The purpose of the present consists on the creation of a group of technical participative to elevate the motivation of the students taking like base the manifestations of the plastic one in the territory of Sagua de Tánamo. The methodology used is based in the dialectical materialism and the paradigm that it prevails it is the quantitative one; the methodological triangulation is used and of sources to assure the truthfulness of the data.
