    La presente investigación pretende solucionar las insuficiencias diagnosticadas en la inserción laboral de los estudiantes de la carrera de Licenciatura en Educación Construcción en los contextos laborales, lo cual limita el cumplimiento de las exigencias que establece el modelo del profesional. Como vía de solución a esta problemática desde el punto de vista práctico se propone una metodología que instrumenta a través de sus etapas, las relaciones que se establecen de integración entre la universidad, las instituciones educativas y las entidades constructoras del territorio.Se emplearon métodos del nivel teórico y empírico.

    The present investigation pretends to solve the deficiencies diagnosed in the labor insertion of the students of the Degree in Construction Education in the labor contexts, which limits the fulfillment of the requirements established by the Professional Model. As a way of solving this problem from a practical point of view, a methodology is proposed that implements through its stages, the relationships that are established of integration between the university, educational institutions and the construction entities of the territory. Methods of the theoretical and empiricallevel were used.
