    El mercado laboral español ha mostrado tras la pandemia unos resultados no solo históricos para España, sino entre los mejores de los países de su entorno. Esto se debe sobre todo al crecimiento, pero también en parte a la reforma laboral de 2021. El panorama es aún más positivo si se contemplan algunas transformaciones globales venideras que pueden beneficiar a España. Sin embargo, si se profundiza en el detalle de los datos, hay algunos aspectos inquietantes que pueden comprometer a largo plazo la economía española y que aconsejan una reforma laboral más profunda.

    Spain’s labor market in the wake of the pandemic has shown results that are nothing short of spectacular, and among the best of the developed countries. The reason, above all, is strong growth, but the 2021 labor market reform has had some structural impact. The outlook is even more positive in light of some global trends on the horizon, which should benefit Spain. Drilling down into the data, however, there are some troubling features that could cloud the longer-term outlook unless Spain undertakes deeper reforms.
