    Escolar, obligatorio para la primera escolarización y el acceso a las sucesivas etapas educativas. Los conflictos se plantean principalmente entre la necesidad de promover y mantener la salud, prevenir la enfermedad, respetar la confidencialidad, evitar la estigmatización y el deber de decir la verdad. Las Tecnologías de la Información y la Comunicación (TIC) permiten obviar este trámite, por lo que se propone un cambio de normativa en el que al Centro Escolar solo se entregue un documento que certifique que el alumno se ha sometido al examen de salud preceptivo para su edad.

    This paper analyzes, from a legal and ethical framework, the ethical conflicts that arise from the completion of the School Health Report and its delivery to schools and launches proposals for the future. The School Health Report is mandatory for firstenrollment in school and the access to successive stages of education.Conflicts arise mainly between the distinct duties, such as the need to promote and maintain health, the prevention of diseases, confidentiality, combating stigmatization and the duty to tell the truth.Information and Communication Technologies (ICT) make it possible to ignore this procedure, so a change of regulations is proposed in which the School Center only provides a document certifying that the student has undergone the mandatory health examination for their age.
