El objetivo de esta investigación es determinar el uso y tipo de plataformas virtuales utilizadas en la enseñanza (TIC) en FAECO. Universidad de Panamá, durante el primer semestre 2022, brindando, una información actual de las plataformas utilizadas por los docentes, se pueden unificar criterios de uso, logrando identificar cualquier falla para los correctivos necesarios. Al igual que, los obstáculos presentados por los estudiantes, y su evaluación de la enseñanza virtual para su preparación al nivel superior. Se enviaron 371 encuestas electrónicas, aleatoriamente, a estudiantes de primer y segundo año, las cuales se analizaron por medio de herramientas estadísticas para obtener los resultados y presentar su discusión junto a las conclusiones.

The objective of this research is to determine the use and type of virtual platforms used in teaching (ICT) in FAECO. University of Panama, during the first semester of 2022, providing current information on the platforms used by teachers, criteria for use can be unified, managing to identify any failure for the necessary corrective measures. Like, the obstacles presented by the students, and their evaluation of virtual teaching for their preparation at the higher level. 371 electronic surveys were randomly sent to first and second year students, which were analyzed using statistical tools to obtain the results and present their discussion along with the conclusions.
