Las habilidades: una mirada a su estructura interna

    En este artículo se combinan métodos cuantitativos y cualitativos para analizar la estructura interna de las habilidades y los factores que influyen en su adquisición en diferentes contextos. Se utilizó un enfoque mixto, comenzando con la recopilación y análisis de datos cuantitativos y luego utilizando datos cualitativos para explicar y ampliar los resultados cuantitativos. Se aplicó un cuestionario estandarizado a una muestra representativa de estudiantes en formación docente para recopilar datos cuantitativos, y se realizaron entrevistas a profundidad a una muestra de 5 docentes con experiencia en diferentes niveles de formación para recopilar datos cualitativos. Los datos cuantitativos se analizaron utilizando estadísticas y los datos cualitativos se analizaron utilizando análisis temático. Los resultados muestran que las habilidades están compuestas por diferentes subhabilidades y que los factores que influyen en su adquisición varían según el contexto, permitiendo concluir que, el análisis de la estructura interna de las habilidades y los factores que influyen en su adquisición son un tema complejo y multifacético que de mayores estudios.

    In this article, quantitative and qualitative methods are combined to analyze the internal structure of skills and the factors that influence their acquisition in different contexts. A mixed approach was used, beginning with the collection and analysis of quantitative data and then using qualitative data to explain and extend the quantitative results. A standardized questionnaire was applied to a representative sample of students in teacher training to collect quantitative data, and in-depth interviews were conducted with a sample of 5 teachers with experience at different levels of training to collect qualitative data. Quantitative data was analyzed using statistics and qualitative data was analyzed using thematic analysis. The results show that the skills are composed of different sub-skills and that the factors that influence their acquisition vary according to the context, allowing us to conclude that the analysis of the internal structure of the skills and the factors that influence their acquisition are a complex and multifaceted issue that requires further study.
