Objective: The objective of this study was to assess the influence of character strengths sessions on early childhood educators, specifically about workplace concerns and character strength. Methodology: This study was conducted in a large urban city in the northern Bengkulu region of Indonesia, involving a group of highly qualified early childhood educators. A group of 17 educators was selected to assess the results of the study. The analysis of data was conducted using Statistical Package for Social Science (SPSS) 29. Results: The results of Pearson’s correlations, model summary, Analysis of Variance (ANOVA), and coefficients were determined for the analysis. Conclusion: The study revealed a noteworthy correlation between character strengths sessions and the ability to apply those strengths in specific situations. This study also discovered a noteworthy correlation between sessions focused on character strengths and the practical application of those strengths to workplace challenges. Furthermore, the study revealed a noteworthy correlation between character strengths sessions and effectively addressing a range of workplace issues and challenges. At long last, the research uncovered a noteworthy correlation between sessions focused on character strengths and the practice of modelling and teaching these strengths to children.
