Modelo DINIAP para el fortalecimiento integral del estudiantado

    El objetivo general de esta experiencia denominada modelo de diagnóstico, nivelación de aprendizaje (DINIAP) para el fortalecimiento integral del estudiantado, fue identificar, recuperar aprendizajes y cimentar destrezas no desarrolladas durante el COVID-19. Esta práctica provocó una alta reflexión en el profesorado, moviéndoles a ser creativos, innovadores e investigadores. Teóricamente se sustenta en el modelo y estrategias planteados en las fases propuestas que buscan realizar una valoración integral del estudiantado, esto conlleva a reflexionar desde el aporte de varios autores. El procedimiento utilizado en el presente estudio fue el enfoque cualitativo y cuantitativo y se ejecutó en la población estudiantil del subnivel de básica elemental de la Unidad Educativa Fray Vicente Solano, en el que se tomó una muestra de 29 estudiantes. En conclusión, la implementación de la metodología y las estrategias puestas en práctica, contribuyeron en la recuperación de aprendizajes y formación integral del estudiantado.

    The general objective of this experience called the diagnostic model, leveling of learning (DINIAP) for the integral strengthening of the student body, was to identify, recover learning and cement skills not developed during COVID-19. This practice provoked a high reflection in the teaching staff, moving them to be creative, innovative and researchers. Theoretically, it is based on the model and strategies proposed in the proposed phases that seek to make a comprehensive assessment of the student body, this leads to reflection from the contribution of various authors. The procedure used in this study was the qualitative and quantitative approach and it was carried out in the student population of the elementary school sublevel of the Fray Vicente Solano Educational Unit, in which a sample of 29 students was taken. In conclusion, the implementation of the methodology and the strategies put into practice, contributed to the recovery of learning and comprehensive training of the student body.
