La conceptuación del deporte: una revisión desde la LOGSE a la LOE

    Con la entrada en vigor de la Ley General de Educación (LOE, 2006) se han visto modificados los distintos currícula de las autonomías, pero teniendo todas como marco referencial los Reales Decretos por los que se establecen las enseñanzas mínimas para cada una de las etapas educativas que componen el sistema educativo español actualmente. Nuestra intención es revisar y analizar el tratamiento curricular que se hace del deporte, a la luz de este nuevo marco legislativo, y para ello, hemos comparado ambos marcos en cuanto a objetivos, contenidos y su vinculación con los criterios de evaluación en cada una de las etapas educativas (Primaria y Secundaria), y qué aportan las competencias básicas a la educación deportiva.

    The implementation of the General Education Act (LOE, 2006) has modified curri-cula of the several Autonomías (Local Governments), though taking the Royal Decrees as framework for the definition of minimum standards for teaching in degree of the educational Spanish system.Our intention is to review and analyze the treatment that curriculum makes the of sport in the light of this new legislative framework, and to the end, we compared the two frameworks regarding objectives, contents and their relationship with the evaluation criteria in each of the stages of educa-tion (Primary and Secondary Education), and which provide basic skills to sports education
