Reincorporación económica de las FARC en los acuerdos de la Habana: Periodo 2016-2020

    El presente artículo expone las diferentes conclusiones que se obtienen de los trabajos que se han realizado en el tema de la reincorporación económica de las FARC-EP hasta el 2020, en el marco del posacuerdo tras la negociación entre el estado colombiano y dicha guerrilla. El objetivo fundamental es identificar los temas sobre los cuales no se ha profundizado y que tienen relevancia para el aporte a la construcción de paz desde la academia. Se hizo una búsqueda de todos los trabajos que mencionaran literalmente Reincorporación Económica, clasificados según la naturaleza de la investigación, entre abordajes estructurales y subjetivos. Así, se distingue entre artículos, informes institucionales, libros, tesis de pregrado y posgrado. Se analizan las conclusiones destacadas hasta el momento y se concluye identificando algunos temas de los cuales no existen investigaciones muy profundas, como el enfoque limitado en la percepción de los actores participantes del proceso, la desarticulación entre los estudios de tipo estructural y los de tipo subjetivo, la poca participación de las facultades de economía y sociología en el estudio del tema, la articulación de los proyectos productivos con las políticas de desarrollo rural en los municipios PDET (Programas de Desarrollo con Enfoque Territorial), etc.

    The present article exposes the different conclusions obtained from the work carried out on the subject of the economic reintegration of the FARC–EP until 2020, in the framework of the negotiation post- agreement between the Colombian state and this insurgency group. The fundamental objectives are identifying the subjects on which it has not been deepened and are relevant to the contribution to the construction of peace from the academy. It was a search for all the works that mentioned “Reincorporación Económica”. The works are classified in the first instance by the nature of the research, distinguishing between structural and subjective approaches. Inside of each of these two sections, the works are classified according to their academic presentation, that is, they are distinguished between: Articles, institutional reports, books, undergraduate and graduate theses. We analyze the conclusions highlighted so far and conclude by identifying some subjects for which there are no very thorough investigations such as: The limited approach in the perception of the actors involved in the process, the disarticulation between structural and subjective studies, the limit involvement of the faculties of economics and sociology in the study of the subject, the articulation of productive projects with rural development policies in municipalities PDET (Development programs with a Territorial Approach), etc.
