    The target of this project is presenting and showing, throught bibliographic review and what social function of compliance and how its alignment promotes the business ethics and, then, to promote the restoration (when it broken) and the promotion of social belonging, favoring the choesion social and the practice of corporatism aimed at normative compliance communicating the Homos Economicus to the Homos societatis and overcoming the invisble power of 21st century that is the endemic corruption

    A ambição deste trabalho é de apresentar e demonstrar, mediante a revisitação bibliográfica, qual é a função social do compliance e como o seu alinhamento promove a ética negocial e, consequentemente, promove a restauração (quando rompida) e a promoção do pertencimento social favorecendo a coesão social e a prática de um corporativismo voltada ao cumprimento normativo comunicando o homos economicus ao homos societatis e superando o poder invisível do Século XXI que é a corrupção endêmica.
