    Con el fin de determinar la relación entre el liderazgo transformacional directivo y el desempeño docente del área de personal social, se utilizó el programa estadístico computacional SPSS 21, con el cual se pudo establecer la prueba de las correlaciones planteadas, el cuadro de frecuencias, porcentajes, confiabilidad de los instrumentos y las hipótesis.

    Se aceptaron los planteamientos alternos, ya que la hipótesis general estableció un vínculo relacional (Rho = .753) con las variables de estudios. Posteriormente, las tres hipótesis específicas también comprobaron ese vínculo demostrado en un Rho = .802, Rho =.704 y Rho = .632, ya que el desarrollo regular de este tipo de liderazgo consigue calificaciones regulares en las actividades de diferencia acciones de juego, reconoce su familia y acciones de cuidado personal.

    In order to determine the relationship between directive transformational leadership and learning in the area of social personnel in 5-year-old boys and girls, the computational statistical program SPSS 21 was used, with which the test of the proposed correlations could be established, the table of frequencies, percentages, reliability of instruments and hypotheses.

    The alternative approaches were accepted, since the general hypothesis established a relational link (Rho = .753) with the study variables. Subsequently, the three specific hypotheses also verified that link demonstrated in a Rho = .802, Rho = .704 and Rho = .632, since the regular development of this type of leadership achieves regular grades in the activities of difference actions of game, recognizes your family and personal care actions.
