    Objetivo: El objetivo general de la investigación fue describir el Síndrome de Burnout en los trabajadores sanitarios como consecuencia del Covid-19. Método: El método empleado en esta investigación se fundamentó en la perspectiva cuantitativa recurriendo a la tipología documental-bibliográficos que permitió establecer el análisis del objeto de investigación y tuvo como objetivo describir el tema tratado. Resultados: Se pudo establecer que el sector salud ha sido uno de los más afectados por la pandemia, enfrentando enormes necesidades médicas y una presión constante para salvar vidas. Conclusiones: El síndrome de Burnout es un desafío significativo para los trabajadores sanitarios durante la pandemia de Covid-19. Es fundamental que se tomen medidas para prevenir y abordar este síndrome, garantizando así la salud y el bienestar de estos profesionales.

    Objective: The general objective of the research was to describe Burnout Syndrome in healthcare workers as a consequence of Covid-19. Method: The method used in this research was based on the quantitative perspective using the documentary-bibliographic typology that allowed to establish the analysis of the object of research and had the objective of describing the subject matter. Results: It was established that the health sector has been one of the most affected by the pandemic, facing enormous medical needs and constant pressure to save lives. Conclusions: Burnout syndrome is a significant challenge for healthcare workers during the Covid-19 pandemic. It is critical that measures are taken to prevent and address this syndrome, thus ensuring the health and well-being of these professionals.
