Gestión en las Municipalidades del Perú en los Ultimos 5 Años

    La presente investigación tiene como objetivo sistematizar la evidencia científica disponible en torno a los artículos que abordaron el tema de la gestión en las municipalidades del Perú publicados durante el periodo 2020-2023. La metodología corresponde a una revisión bibliográfica, para la cual se empleó como estrategia de búsqueda el algoritmo Municipal* AND (gestión OR management) AND (Perú OR peruvian), con el cual se seleccionó una muestra final de catorce artículos. Los resultados indican que el 50% de los artículos se publicó en el año 2021, el 25,0% fue publicado en la Revista Venezolana de Gerencia, y el 25,0% abordó la gestión municipal dentro de la región Lima. Entre las temáticas que más se han abordado en estos artículos se destaca la valoración de la gestión municipal por parte de la ciudadanía, así como la gestión del presupuesto y la gestión ambiental por parte de los trabajadores, las cuales han sido analizados en relación con otras variables. Se concluye que las investigaciones más recientes que se están realizando en torno a la gestión municipal abordan problemas como la baja ejecución presupuestal y el logro de los Objetivos para el Desarrollo Sostenible.

    The objective of this research is to systematize the scientific evidence available around the articles published during the period 2020-2023 and that addressed the issue of management in the municipalities of Peru. The methodology corresponds to a bibliographic review, for which the Municipal* AND (gestion OR management) AND (Peru OR peruvian) algorithm was used as a search strategy, with which a final sample of twelve articles was selected. The results indicate that 50% of the articles were published in 2021, 25.0% were published in the Venezuelan Management Magazine, and 25.0% addressed municipal management within the Lima region. Among the topics that have been most addressed in these articles, the assessment of municipal management by citizens stands out, as well as budget management and environmental management by workers, which have been analyzed in relation to other issues. variables. It is concluded that the most recent investigations that are being carried out around municipal management address problems such as low budget execution and the achievement of the Sustainable Development Goals.
