    El Programa Nacional de Bilingüismo -PNB- en Colombia ha sido uno de los referentes en materia de Política Lingüística en el país desde su promulgación en 2004 y, como tal, ha contado con implementaciones que buscan alcanzar los objetivos propuestos. No obstante, el logro de las metas y resultados esperados aún continua lejano. Esta investigación hace parte de una revisión sistemática sobre estudios relacionados con el PNB que busca identificar las principales problemáticas del campo y las metodologías con las cuales han sido abordadas por parte de los investigadores. El análisis muestra la necesidad de desarrollar estudios con metodologías que permitan conocer las características del PNB desde la experiencia y perspectiva de los actores que participan en los distintos niveles de su implementación. De este modo, se podrán establecer mecanismos y estrategias para la reorientación del PNB en aras de alcanzar los objetivos propuestos.

    The National Bilingualism Program -PNB- in Colombia has been one of the benchmarks in terms of Language Policy in the country since its promulgation in 2004 and, it has had implementations that seek to achieve proposed objectives. However, the achievement of the goals and expected results is still far away. This research is part of a systematic review of studies related to PNB that seeks to identify the main problems in the field and the methodologies with which researchers have addressed them. The analysis shows the need to develop studies with methodologies that allow knowing the characteristics of the PNB from the experience and perspective of the actors that participate in the different levels of its implementation. In this way, it will be possible to establish mechanisms and strategies for the reorientation of the PNB in order to achieve the proposed objectives
