Preparación en Educación Ambiental de docentes de Primera Infancia a través del proyecto Arenas Blancas

    El medio ambiente constituye uno de las preocupaciones actuales de la humanidad y centro del accionar de la comunidad científica. Por tanto, los profesores del Centro Universitario Municipal Puerto Padre conforman el Proyecto de Desarrollo Local “Arenas Blancas”. Este tiene entre sus objetivos, influir en la educación de los niños para fomentar la toma de conciencia en cuanto a la necesidad de proteger el medio ambiente desde la comunidad. Por lo que se hace necesaria la preparación de las docentes de la Primera Infancia para el trabajo con los niños y niñas de los Círculos Infantiles del territorio. En este trabajo se proponen acciones para la preparación de las docentes, caracterizadas por fomentar el protagonismo de los niños y niñas, así como la influencia en su actuar para el cuidado y conservación del medio ambiente. Para llevar adelante esta investigación se utilizaron métodos del nivel empírico: la observación participativa, la encuesta y la entrevista. Además de métodos teóricos como el análisis y síntesis, el histórico lógico, el análisis bibliográfico, la modelación, la inducción y deducción. Y del estadístico: el cálculo porcentual. Entre los resultados obtenidos están: superación permanente y al mejoramiento de la calidad de vida en las instituciones infantiles seleccionadas, la capacitación del personal, la posibilidad de poner al alcance de los niños(as) la información que permita adquirir y enriquecer conocimientos medioambientales de su entorno y la elaboración de juegos didácticos novedosos y atributos creativos para el desarrollo del juego de roles.

    The environment is one of the current concerns of humanity and the center of action of the scientific community, therefore, the professors of the Puerto Padre Municipal University Center that make up the Local Developmental Project "White Sands" have among their objectives, to influence in the education of children to promote awareness in them regarding the need to protect the environment from the community. Therefore, it is necessary to prepare Early Childhood teachers to work with the children of the Children's Circles of the territory with the purpose of transforming their modes of action. The work summarizes the actions carried out for the preparation of teachers, which are characterized by promoting the leadership of boys and girls and the influence on their actions for the care and conservation of the environment. To carry out this research, empirical level methods were used: participatory observation, survey and interview. In addition, theoretical methods, such as analysis and synthesis, historical-logical, bibliographic analysis, modeling, induction and deduction, were used, as well as the statistical of percentage calculation. Among the results obtained are: permanent improvement and improvement of the quality of life in the selected children's institutions, the training of staff, the possibility of making available to children the information that allows them to acquire and enrich environmental knowledge of their environment and the development of innovative didactic games and creative attributes for the development of role-playing.
