Gestión del directivo docente rural tras la firma del Acuerdo de Paz en Colombia

    El artículo expone los resultados de una investigación que buscó comprender de qué maneras se hantransformado los territorios tras la firma del Acuerdo de Paz con las FARC en Colombia y cómoesto ha incidido en la gestión de los directivos docentes rurales. Se realizó una investigación deenfoque cualitativo desde una perspectiva fenomenológica, se aplicaron entrevistas y grupos focalesa directivos de escuelas rurales de siete departamentos. Entre los resultados se destaca que hanaparecido nuevas violencias en los territorios por la presencia de nuevos grupos armados ilegales, locual afecta a estudiantes, maestros y la dinámica escolar. Asimismo, la gestión directiva se estátransformando hacia una gestión territorial para aportar a la construcción de paz. Se concluye que serequiere un acompañamiento del Estado colombiano, sobre todo a nivel presupuestal, pues granparte de las iniciativas de los directivos encuentran su mayor obstáculo en los recursos financieros.

    The article exposes the results of an investigation that sought to understand how territories havebeen transformed after the signing of the Peace Agreement with the Revolutionary Armed Forcesof Colombia (FARC) in Colombia and how this has affected the management of rural teachingmanagers. Qualitative research was carried out from a phenomenological perspective, interviewsand focus groups were applied to rural school managers in seven departments. Among theresults, new violence has appeared in the territories due to the presence of new illegal armedgroups, which affects students, teachers and school dynamics. Management is also beingtransformed towards territorial management to contribute to peace building. It is concluded thataccompaniment from the Colombian State is required, especially at the budgetary level, sincemuch of the initiatives of the managers find their greatest obstacle in the financial resources.
