Resumen de Del costarriqueñismo sácalas: Origen, semántica y vitalidad

En este artículo se abordan tres aspectos del costarriqueñismo sácalas, a saber, el origen que se consigna en obras lexicográficas; la dicotomía semántica que se refleja entre dos significados básicos: 'adulador' y 'entrometido', y, finalmente, mediante una búsqueda de concordancias por internet, su frecuencia y sus contextos de aparición.

In this paper three aspects of the Costa Rican word sácalas are addressed, namely, the origin that is recorded in lexicographical works; the semantic dichotomy that is reflected between two basic meanings: 'flattering' and 'intrusive', and finally, by means of a search of concordances by internet, its frequency and its contexts of appearance.
