  • Resumen
    • The authors analyze the influence that the Weimar Constitution of 1919 had on the formation of the labour regulations of the Italian Constitution. From the study of the debate held within the Italian Constituent Assembly, they note that the German Constitution, although attentive to work and its rights, did not determine the attention it aroused for other branches of law. Finally, they conclude that if in the labour part of the Italian Constitution there is a poor (at least conscious) contribution of that of Weimar, this was not noticed for over twenty years; in fact, only at the end of the Sixties did we hear again about the Labour law during the Weimar Republic, on which the veil had fallen together with the cumbersome Nazi burden.
