    La investigación de la Determinación de Variables Claves del Sistema Económico Productivo para el Ordenamiento Territorial de la provincia de Cienfuegos, se desarrolla con el objetivo de aplicar el análisis estructural al Subsistema Económico Productivo, para la determinación de las variables claves para el Ordenamiento Territorial de la provincia de Cienfuegos. Se abordan aspectos teóricos acerca del Ordenamiento Territorial y el Sistema Económico Productivo. Se analiza la Prospectiva como forma de lograr una visión más clara y próxima de ese futuro deseado desde la óptica del presente. Se realiza una caracterización de la provincia para tener en cuenta todos los aspectos económicos, políticos, sociales y medioambientales, haciendo énfasis en el Sistema Económico Productivo, a la vez se realiza una actualización del diagnóstico integrado del Sistema objeto de estudio para determinar las variables que influyen directamente o indirectamente, para cumplir con el objetivo de la investigación, aplicando el análisis estructural, obteniendo las Variables Claves que son la base para potenciar el desarrollo del Sistema Económico Productivo en la provincia de Cienfuegos.

    The investigation of the Determination of Key Variables of the Economic Productive System for the Territorial Ordinance of the province of Cienfuegos is developed with the objective of applying the structural analysis to the Productive Economic Subsystem, for the determination of the key variables for the Territorial Organization of the province of Cienfuegos. Theoretical aspects are approached about the Territorial Planning and the Productive Economic System. Prospective is analyzed as a way to achieve a clearer and closer vision of that desired future from the perspective of the present. A characterization of the province is carried out to take into account all the economic, political, social and environmental aspects, emphasizing the Productive Economic System, at the same time an update of the integrated diagnosis of the System under study is carried out to determine the variables that they influence directly or indirectly, to fulfill the objective of the investigation, applying the structural analysis, obtaining the Key Variables that are the base to promote the development of the Economic Productive System in the province of Cienfuegos.
