Los procesos académicos de Docencia, Investigación y Extensión, son los entes fundamentales que encarnan el Ser de la universidad en relación a los fines educativos; por consiguiente, al concebirse alineados y articulados como totalidad integrada, tanto estructuralmente en el currículo y la globalidad de los planes curriculares, como funcionalmente en las prácticas educativas cotidianas, se hacen interdependientes entre sí y se retroalimentan, dado el flujo de información y comunicación que circular incesantemente, al gestionarse dichos planes curriculares mediante distintos enfoques de investigación como estrategia para el abordaje de las diversas realidades contextuales, la creación de conocimientos y la generación de aprendizajes.

The academic processes of Teaching, Research and Extension are the fundamental entities that embody the Being of the university in relation to the educational purposes; Therefore, as they are conceived aligned and articulated as an integrated whole, both structurally in the curriculum and the globality of the curricular plans, and functionally in the daily educational practices, they become interdependent among themselves and feed back, given the flow of information and communication that circulate incessantly, as these curricular plans are managed through different research approaches as a strategy for the approach of the diverse contextual realities, the creation of knowledge and the generation of learning.
