Motivación laboral y su relación con el desempeño de colaboradores en empresa de rubro textil

    Desde la perspectiva de este estudio, el objetivo de la investigación considera “determinar la relación de la motivación laboral con el desempeño de los colaboradores en Industrias Súper Sport S.R.L. - 2021”. Dentro de la metodología se desarrolló el diseño no experimental, de enfoque cuantitativo, alcance descriptivo correlacional. La muestra fue censal y la conformaron 105 colaboradores de Super Sport. Para el recojo de datos se utilizó la encuesta como técnica, de igual forma el cuestionario como instrumento con 36 ítems para ambas variables. Para el procesamiento de datos en el entorno inferencial según la prueba de normalidad se trabajó con el estadígrafo Rho de Spearman, encontrando correlaciones positivas. Para la hipótesis general la correlación hallada fue de (r=0,764) indicando que la relación es directa y positiva, concluyendo que la motivación laboral se relaciona significativamente con el desempeño laboral de los colaboradores en Industrias Súper Sport S.R.L - 2021.

    From the perspective of this study, the objective of the research considers “to determine the relationship of work motivation with the performance of employees at Industrias Súper Sport S.R.L. - 2021 ". Within the methodology, a non-experimental design was developed, with a quantitative approach, correlational descriptive scope. The sample was census and was made up of 105 Super Sport collaborators. For data collection, the survey was used as a technique, in the same way the questionnaire as an instrument with 36 items for both variables. For data processing in the inferential environment according to the normality test, the Spearman Rho statistician was used, finding positive correlations. For the general hypothesis, the correlation found was (r = 0.764) indicating that the relationship is direct and positive, concluding that work motivation is significantly related to the work performance of employees at Industrias Súper Sport S.R.L - 2021.
