    La sentencia seleccionada -del Tribunal Supremo, de 7 de junio de 2023- procede a la aplicación de la jurisprudencia del Alto Tribunal en materia de permisos retribuidos. En esta, se fija el dies a quo o momento inicial de disfrute de los mismos, y se identifican los días objeto de cómputo. La resolución compendia y expone de modo sumamente didáctico las reglas que, conforme a la interpretación de los Tribunales y a falta de previsión legal, deben regir el disfrute, en términos temporales, de los citados permisos, ya sean legales o convencionales.Al hilo del comentario de esta nueva resolución del Tribunal Supremo en la materia, son objeto de análisis las sentencias clave que, desde el año 2018, han conformado la jurisprudencia hoy vigente.

    The selected sentence, of the Supreme Court, of June 7, 2023, proceeds to the practical application of the jurisprudence in matters of paid leave. In it, the dies a quo or initial moment of enjoyment of the same is set, as well as the days object of the computation. The sentence synthesizes and exposes in a highly didactic way the rules that, according to the interpretation of the Courts and in the absence of legal provision, should govern the enjoyment, in temporary terms, of the paid leave (legal paid leave or provided for in collective agreements). Within the framework of the commentary on this new Supreme Court resolution on the matter, the key judgments that, since 2018, have shaped the jurisprudence currently in force are the object of analysis.
