Sobre derechos humanos en el pensamiento de Helio Gallardo: praxis de liberación, tramas sociales y multi-garantías

    En este trabajo se analizan algunos de los aportes del pensamiento de Helio Gallardo en materia de derechos humanos. Partiendo del problema fundamental que presentan los derechos humanos, referido a la distancia y el abismo que existe entre sus discursos, sus teorías y sus prácticas, entre lo que se dice y lo que se hace, se reflexiona sobre su propuesta socia-materialista basada en los procesos de lucha y las experiencias de contrastes de las organizaciones sociales modernas y sus movimientos sociales frente a las deficiencias y los sistemas de dominación del orden burgués y capitalista. Tras una descripción de sus análisis de las luchas sociales y la praxis de liberación, se propone un sistema multi-garantista de derechos humanos que gira en torno a las prácticas y acciones individuales y colectivas que despliegan una realidad de los mismos basados en una cultura que los concibe multidimensionalmente a tiempo completo y en todo lugar.

    This paper analyzes some of the contributions of Helio Gallardo’s thinking on human rights. Starting from the fundamental problem that human rights present, referring to the distance and the abyss that exists between their discourses, their theories and their practices, between what is said and what is done, we reflect on their social proposal. materialist based on the processes of struggle and the experiences of contrasts of modern social organizations and their social movements in the face of the deficiencies and systems of domination of the bourgeois and capitalist order.After a description of his analyzes of social struggles and liberation praxis, a multi-guarantor system of human rights is proposed that revolves around individual and collective practices and actions that display a reality of them based on a culture that he conceives them multidimensionally full time and everywhere.
