The curriculum of the Educational Reform is been analyzed. In the elaboration of this Reform, a descriptive, prescriptive and critical theory has been used. The important presence of the content is not to promote memoristic knowledge but the understanding and application of it in day to day life. There is an emphasis in the development of superior intellectual abilities. The new curriculum maintains the separation among disciplines, however the presence in the Program of the cross curriculum objectives creates possibilities of approximation between different fields of knowledge. The curriculum looks after an equilibrium of different modalities of learning: receptive learning and learning by doing, individual learning and group learning. The Program suggests the use of different evaluation instruments.
