    Actualmente cuando se piensa en el patrimonio querepresenta una ciudad, en la mayoría de los casos sólose alude al sustrato material de la ciudad, el cual constade sus estructuras y todos los servicios así como lascomodidades que ofrece, pero la ciudad como patrimoniopaisajístico no solo consta de un sustrato material, sino dela apreciación, pertenencia, usos y costumbres por parte desus pobladores, pues el paisaje no existe si este no cuentacon un observador dotado con referentes paisajísticos parapoder construir paisaje al observar el sustrato material dela ciudad, estableciendo una relación fenoménica, lasciudades entonces pasan a ser también parte de la cultura,de la música, del lenguaje, de la identidad generandoentonces la ciudad no solo es un patrimonio material, sinoque también es un patrimonio inmaterial que es preservadopor sus habitantes; la justificación e importancia de estetrabajo está en la necesidad de replantear la visiónnetamente capitalista que se tiene de una ciudad alsolo pensarse como materialidad, ya que al plantearsealgo solamente como materialidad, puede ser planteadoentonces como producto y como producto obedecer lasleyes del mercado, pero el patrimonio paisajístico no esuna cosa en sí, sino que muy por lo contrario es la relaciónestablecida entre el sujeto y el objeto.

    Currently when you think about the heritage thatrepresents a city, in most cases only the substrate materialis referred of the city, which it consists of its structures andall the services and the comforts offered, but the city aslandscape heritage does not only consist of a substratematerial, but also the appreciation, membership andcustoms on the part of its inhabitants, as the landscapedoes not exist if it does not have an observer endowed withlandscape references to build landscape at observe thematerial substrate of the city, establishing a phenomenicrelationship, the cities pass then also be part of the culture,music, language, identity then generating the city is not onlymaterial heritage, but also an immaterial heritage that ispreserved for its inhabitants; the justification and importanceof this work is the need to restate the purely capitalist visionpeople have of a city only thought of as materiality, sincewhen considering something just as materiality, then it maybe posed as a product and as a product obey the laws ofthe market, but the landscape heritage is not a thing initself, but quite the contrary is the relationship establishedbetween the subject and the object.
