    El propósito de este artículo es observar el grado de ajuste que hay entre el plan de estudios de la licenciatura de pedagogía de la Facultad de Estudios Superiores (FES) Aragón de la UNAM y el mercado laboral donde se desenvuelven los pedagogos. Para ello se realizó un estudio de egresados a partir del cual se generó información primaria respecto a las actividades profesionales del pedagogo, sugerencias de contenidos para la actualización del plan de estudios y una base de datos de empleadores, información que fue contrastada con el currículum de la licenciatura. Se contó con una muestra representativa de cinco generaciones (2011 a 2015), aunque también participaron otras anteriores y posteriores. Para el análisis y la discusión del tema se referenciaron otras investigaciones similares realizadas por diferentes autores e instituciones en el ámbito de la educación. Los resultados de esta investigación fueron satisfactorios para el fin de realimentar el plan de estudios de la carrera de pedagogía.

    The purpose of this paper is to observe the degree of adjustment that exists between the study plan of the pedagogy degree of the Faculty of Higher Studies (FES) Aragón of the UNAM and the labor market where the pedagogues operate. For this, a study of graduates was carried out and from which primary information was generated regarding the professional activities of the pedagogue, content suggestions for updating the curriculum, the integration of a database of employers, among others, information which was contrasted with the career curriculum. There was a representative sample of five generations (2011 to 2015), although others before and after also participated. For the analysis and discussion of the subject, other similar investigations carried out by different authors and institutions in the field of education were referenced. The results of this research were satisfactory for the purpose of feeding back the curriculum of the pedagogy career.
